| EasyBoot Foam Kit | |||
NOTE: EasyFoam is NOT recommended for use with the Easyboot Epic. Foam is very difficult to remove from the gaiters.The new reformulated Easy Foam consists of two liquid components. When mixed and poured into an Easyboot before fitting, EasyFoam expands to make an exact fitting flexible liner. EasyFoam seals out all dirt and debris, cushions and protects the hoof, and acts as an adhesive. EasyFoam is recommended for horses used in extreme conditions such as competitive long distance events, deep mud or rocky terrain.Easy Foam Instructions: To use EasyFoam, mixing and fitting should be done one Easyboot at a time. Clean hoof thoroughly. Combine approximately 1/4 cup of each component (A and B) in disposable paper cup. Use less EasyFoam for a smaller boot and more for a larger boot, or a boot worn over iron shoes. Mix vigorously for 15 seconds and pour into Easyboot. Install Easyboot on hoof immediately and quickly snap down buckle to desired position. Fitting and practice installing the Easyboot should be done before mixing. Don't use the EasyFoam until you can install the Easyboot comfortably in less than 2 minutes. The mixture will foam up and form a perfect-fitting flexible liner in the Easyboot in about 2 minutes. To slow reaction time, refrigerate both components for 1/2 hour before use. For maximum adhesion, use on a clean dry hoof. For less adhesion, dampen hoof before mixing. NOTE: EasyFoam is NOT recommended for use with the Easyboot Epic. Foam is very difficult to remove from the gaiters. |
